Over time, even the highest quality fireplaces and stoves may require replacement of certain parts - this may be wear and tear on the grill, glass, seals, internal parts or other components. We supply original and high-quality spare parts to ensure that your heating device lasts a long time and remains safe to use.
Warranty service
We work only with reliable, certified manufacturers, so we guarantee that your device can be fully updated and used safely even after many years. All products we supply are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty service. If a product defect or defect occurs, we represent your interests, communicate with manufacturers and ensure a quick solution. We supply spare parts, eliminate defects, and inform customers about maintenance requirements so that the warranty is valid for the entire period. Our goal is not only to sell, but also to ensure your long-term satisfaction.
After-sales service
Even after the warranty period ends, we remain your partner:
- we supply all the necessary parts;
- we advise when it is worth performing preventive maintenance;
- we are performing service.
When you buy from us, you not only get a fireplace or stove, but also peace of mind that even after 10 years you will be able to easily find the necessary part or get professional help. Whether it's glass, a seal, or one small screw - we will help you order it.
Service services
1. Service in our showroom
If you want to save money and quickly perform necessary maintenance, bring your fireplace or stove door to our showroom in Vilnius.
What we do:
- We replace the cords (spacers) – both around the door and under the glass;
- We replace glass if it is cracked or worn;
- We assess the overall condition of the door - whether there are any deformations, corrosion, or worn fasteners.
Prices:
- Price of works – from €50
- Materials (set of original gaskets) – from €30, depending on the door type and manufacturer.
2. On-site service
If you use a Jøtul or Scan fireplace or stove, you can order service at your home.
How is the process going?
- We arrive at the facility and inspect the heating device - we assess the condition of the fireplace or stove, check for worn or damaged parts.
- We provide recommendations - we inform you about what is necessary or worth changing so that the device operates safely, efficiently, and meets the manufacturer's requirements.
- We prepare an estimate - we create a clear estimate of work and spare parts without hidden fees.
- We deliver the necessary spare parts and carry out the work - replacing glass, gaskets (cords), inner panels and other worn parts, using only original parts from Jøtul or Scan manufacturers.
Service price: from €70, depending on the complexity of the work and the distance to the object.
Note: we only provide service for devices from Jøtul , Scan , Atra , NunnaUuni , Lacunza manufacturers.
3. Remote consultation
If you are unable to attend or want a quick solution, we offer remote consultation via video call .
During the conversation:
- We inspect your fireplace or stove in real time;
- We assess the problem and offer solutions;
- Together we decide whether remote consultation will be enough or whether it is better to call a service technician;
- We can immediately coordinate the order of the necessary parts.
