Delivery of goods throughout Lithuania

We deliver fireplaces, stoves, ovens or other equipment purchased from the Tolvita e-store throughout Lithuania. The shipments are transported by our reliable partners:

• Omniva couriers – for small shipments (accessories, spare parts, etc.);

• DSV transport – for large, heavy goods (fireplaces, stoves, chimneys, pallets).

Delivery time

• Items are usually delivered within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. • During promotions or sales, delivery may take an additional 2-5 business days . Delivery terms

• Delivery is carried out on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.

• Standard DSV transport delivery is carried out without drop-off.

• If the client wishes to have a fireplace, stove or other heavy item delivered , a separate transport with a delivery service can be ordered according to an individual agreement. For this service, it is necessary to contact us in advance .

• On the day of delivery (in the morning, between 08:00 and 10:00), the courier will contact you and specify the exact time. • Delivery to the Curonian Spit is carried out only by separate agreement.

The recipient must be available on the day of delivery. If delivery fails due to the recipient's fault, an additional fee will be charged for re-delivery. If delivery fails twice, the order will be canceled.

Receiving goods

• Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer must inspect the item and make sure that it is undamaged. • By signing the courier's documents, the recipient confirms that they have received the item in good condition and undamaged .

• If any damage is noticed, it is necessary to immediately inform the courier and note this on the delivery note , as well as contact us.

Free pickup in Vilnius

Goods can be picked up:

• in the store, Verkių St. 36 (goods up to 50 kg);

• from the warehouse, Laisvės pr. 60 (goods from 50 kg).

When the order is ready, you will receive an SMS notification . The goods must be collected within 7 business days . The order can also be collected by another person (at least 18 years old) by sending them an SMS. Exception - leasing orders: they must be collected by the buyer themselves.

Important to know

• Orders are confirmed within 30 minutes of receiving payment (except bank transfers based on advance account and leasing).

• If the required goods are not in stock, the customer is informed individually.

• When purchasing fireplaces, stoves or chimneys , it is necessary to arrange for appropriate transportation for collection at the delivery ramp (unless a special transport service with delivery has been ordered).
